 Prerelease is a players first opportunity to play the newest set before an
 yone else. Players during a Prerelease event are given a Prerelease Kit wi
 th Booster packs and a spin down dice inside. Each player is given 45 minu
 tes to build a 40 card deck from the contents of their kit. Once the build
  round is over each player challenges each other to a 3 round tournament t
