The player vote was strongly for another Bulk Rare Draft. In this event players players get 45 bulk rares to be shuffled into a pool and drafted. This is MORE chaotic than CHAOS, but also pretty cool. And powerful since the floor is RARE. Weekly drafts that count toward league standings.
