US RCQ | 2026-27 Round 1 Morning Modern RCQ

Description

We are hosting our 2026 Season Round 1 RCQ for magic. Players will be playing Modern for an invite to the Regional along with other prizes. Play format will be up to 6 rounds of standard followed by a top 8 cut. Preregistration can be done on our website. Registration/Check-in will open at 9:30a and the tournament will fire at 10:30a. If you are not in attendance at 10:30a you may be subject to not participating in the event even if you have preregistered. Round Details Swiss rounds will begin at 10:30a. Players will play up to 6 rounds of best-of-three Modern (total number of rounds is decided by the number of registered players). The top 8 ranked players after the Swiss will play a single elimination untimed tournament to decide distribution of prizes. Prizes will be distributed to players finishing between positions 1-8. Top 8 will be playing for the invite to the regional and store credit based on attendance. There will also be promos available for participation, top 8 and the winner.
