- What is Hellraiser Hellraiser is a 100 card commander format where you can place an instant or sorcery into your command zone along side your commander at the start of the game, however there are some stipulations. You can not have more than two cards in your command zone, so no companions or backgrounds im afraid. No double sided cards can be chosen as your instant or sorcery. No game changers. The instant or sorcery must me at least two mana (sorry no dark rituals for you). These rules may change or be added to. The spell comes from your deck so you will have 1 commander 1 chosen spell 98 cards in deck
