- Pre-Modern is a 60-card constructed format that uses only card printed between Classic Fourth Edition and Scourge (the last set before Modern format legality). This is a casual way to try a fun community-developed format that makes use of some of Magic's older cards without the intense power level of Vintage/Legacy.
