Friday Night Magic at Evanston Games & Cafe is draft! This week we're drafting the latest set, Secrets of Strixhaven. This set focuses on the 5 colleges of Strixhaven: the passionately artistic Prismari (Blue/Red), the historically inquisitive Lorehold (Red/White), the sharply bookish Silverquill (White/Black), the delightfully grungy Witherbloom (Black/Green), and the mathemathically minded Quandrix (Green/Blue). The mystical archive is a bonus set of powerful instants and sorceries from Magic's history. Each play booster is guaranteed 1 card from the archive. Each Friday Night Magic draft goes for 3 50-minute rounds. The winner of each match will be determined by a best-of-3 games. We're starting as close to 6:30 as possible. If you're running behind, please contact the store so we know to wait for you. Players with a final record of 2 match wins or better are eligible for prizing. When possible, door prizes will be given away to players randomly, regardless of record.
