Queer Commander Night

Join us for an evening of casual multiplayer Magic the Gathering in affinity pods! If you are queer, trans, gay, bi, nonbinary, ace, or somewhere along those lines, this event is for you! Expect low to mid power decks, friendly banter, and a cozy atmosphere. No sexism / homophobia / transphobia / gatekeeping allowed! Beginners are welcome—though we don’t have the capacity to teach from scratch we’re always happy to answer questions and support new players. Games start as soon as we have a pod; come early and grab a spot since our space is small! --- At Crow's Nest, players generally focus on social play styles with decks in Brackets 1, 2, and 3. We don’t have a “house banlist”, but we recommend that folks don’t bring decks that focus on stax, land and resource denial, or other “hey you don’t get to play Magic now” effects if you want to easily find a group to play with.
