US RCQ | 2026-27 Round 1 Modern Evening RCQ

Description

We are hosting our 2026 Season Round 1 RCQ for magic. Players will be playing Modern for an invite to the Regional along with other prizes. Play format will be up to 5 rounds of standard followed by a top 8 cut. Registration/Check-in will be walk-in only with priority sign up to players who have participated in the morning event. Round Details Swiss rounds will begin at 5:30p. Player will play up to 5 rounds of best-of-three standard (total number of rounds is decided by the number of registered players). The top 8 ranked players after the Swiss will play a single elimination untimed tournament to decide distribution of prizes. Prizes will be distributed to players finishing between positions 1-8. Top 8 will be playing for the invite to the regional and store credit based on attendance. There will also be promos available for participation, top 8 and the winner.
