Magic Presents: Open The Archive, is a game mode with some special rules; 1) Each player gets an emblem that states that Mystical Archive cards can be cast with any colors of mana. 2) When players open their pack they get their guaranteed Mystical Archive card AND their normal 1st pick (For packs that have 2 mystical archive cards you can only choose 1 of those as the free pick)
