MTG Academy - Learn to Play Two-Headed Giant Date: Friday, June 12 Time: 3pm-9pm Entry Fee: Free! Avengers Academy is a special Two-Headed Giant event designed to encourage experienced players to bring new friends into Magic. This event takes place one week before Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes Prerelease. It offers a pre-season introduction to Magic for new players and ties into a special 2HG event during Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes Prerelease. Each Avengers Academy participant receives a Welcome Deck featuring popular Marvel characters, while supplies last. Players use these Welcome Decks to compete alongside their friend in casual 2HG matches against other teams in the store. Avengers Academy participants that pre-register for the following week's 2HG Prerelease event are to be provided a drawstring bag and Hero // Villain token upon registration. The Loki horns are to be provided to participants of the 2HG Prerelease event if they participated in Avengers Academy.
