- Suit up, grab a friend,and join us at Cape Fear Games for Avengers Academy, a Magic: The Gathering Learn to Play event. Avengers Academy is a special Two-Headed Giant Learn to Play made for experienced players to bring new friends into Magic. Participation Prize: Marvel Welcome Deck Prizes: Players who sign-up for a Wizards account and download the companion app will recieve a pack! No experience or material neccessary! We'll provide welcome decks for players and we'll be teaching as we go. Once your teammate is up for playing, we'll get ready for the true team experience, Two-Headed Giant. This is a form of Magic where you play alongside your friend to take out the other team. A perfect way to get accustmed to Magic. Avengers Academy participants that pre-register for the following week's Two-Headed Giant Prerelease event after the Learn to Play are will get a drawstring bag and Hero // Villain token.
