- Join us at Cape Fear Games for an action packed Commander Party starring all your favorite Marvel Heroes. This casual Magic: The Gathering event brings players into the world of the new Marvel Super Heroes set release by bringing a favorite format Commander, and adding a fun Marvel spin to it. If you are looking for Magic: The Gathering events in Wilmington, this is a great chance to jump into a unique Commander experience. Date and Time: Friday, July 31st at 7:00 PM Entry Fee: $8 Format: Commander Party Participation Prize: $5 store credit coin and a Marvel Super Heroes Commander promo for the first 16 players to sign up Prizes: Two random promo cards and 1 Marvel Super Heroes pack to each pod winner Commander Party features special rules designed specifically for Marvel Super Heroes, giving each game a unique and immersive twist. Each pod of players receives a play aid and hero card, they are then placed in the designated area of that aid to guide the event experience.
