- Registration will start at 8:00PM Build time will start at 8:30PM. You will receive a Prerelease Kit with 6 Play Boosters, date-stamped Promo and a spin-down die. You will build a 40 card deck with only the cards that you open in the PR kit. Rounds, Top Cut and Prizing will be determined by participation!
