- Registration will start at 230PM Build time will start at 3PM. You and your teammate will receive a Prerelease Kit with 6 Play Boosters, date-stamped Promo and a spin-down die. You will each build a 40 card deck with only the cards that you open in the PR kits. Prizing will be announced at the beginning of the tournament based on participation.
