Unlike with regular drafts, everyone's cards (mythics, rares, and full art lands) go back to whoever opened them at the end of the draft. So everyone can make choices purely on what they'd like to play. There is also an option for anyone to individually pledge their cards to a shared pool to be redrafted in order of standings if they want a bit more competitive excitement.
