- Commander is Magic the Gathering's most popular casual format. Each player builds a 100 card deck led by a legendary creature called their Commander. No two decks are ever the same. Games are played in groups of 3 to 4 players and the politics, alliances, and big plays that happen around the table make it one of the most social and entertaining ways to play Magic. This is a casual event. All power levels and all experience levels are welcome whether you have been playing Commander for years or you just sleeved up your very first deck. Bring your favorite Commander deck and come hang out with the community. Free entry. Free prizes given out every week. 16 player cap. First come first served.
