- Value vintage follows the vintage banned and restricted list, but with a $30 budget for the entire deck. The best tool for tracking your decks price is Moxfield, which has a value vintage setting. Decklists much be available on the day of the event, or emailed to Ripley@papertiger.co one week before the event at the earliest. Players will compete in 3 rounds of swiss for 1 pack per win, or $5 store credit per win.
