- MTG: The Hobbit 2HG Pre-Release Tournament 09-08-2026 From riddles in the dark to the gleam of a hoard under the mountain, each card is faithfully pulled straight from the pages of The Hobbit™. The brave (and fortunate) will even make the Headliner Gleaming Gold Smaug the Magnificent their treasure. Registration: 11:30 Deck building: 12:00 Start Tournament: 12:30 End Tournament: 17:00 Entry fee: €30.- Format: 2HG - Sealed At the start of the Pre-Release each participant will receive a Pre-Release Kit. This kit contains 6 boosters, a Promo and a Spindown Life Counter. When the event is over each participant will receive 2 extra Boosters. The 6 boosters found in the kit will be used to build a deck of at least 40 cards. There will be 3 rounds played at max.
