- Event Fee Refund Policy: When you register for an event, you agree to these terms. For any cancellation requests, please call the store where the event is being hosted at least 3 hours before the start time of the event. Cancellation requests made within 3 hours of the event start time are not eligible for a refund. For any cancellation requests for an event that starts at or before 12:00 PM, please call the store the day before during opening hours.
