MTG Commander Game Day Rules and Expectations:
Competitive Level - Regular
- Regular tournaments are focused on fun and social aspects,
not enforcement. HAVE FUN!
Format - Commander Bracket 3
- Decks should be optimized to win no earlier than turn 7
- No proxies allowed (except tokens)
- Up to 3 game changers
- No reserve list cards
- No chaining extra turns
Round expectations - 2 rounds maximum
- Winners of round 1 will be paired into one of up to two winners pods
- All winners pod participants will receive further prizing based on
final placement
- No swapping decks in between rounds!
Round duration - 90 minutes
- No extra turns after time is called
- Tie breakers will be checked in the following order:
- life total, board state, deck size
