- Are you new to Magic: the Gathering or haven't played in a while and want an update to new mechanics? Then join us at Deals N Dragons for a Magic Academy: Learn to Play! Magic Academies are guided sessions participants get hands-on experience with support from staff or mentors in a fun, low-pressure environment. The event will either be using Welcome Decks or Beginner Boxes to help teach how to play Magic: the Gathering.
