- Magic Academy is a beginner-friendly event series that teaches new players how to play Magic: The Gathering. Through guided sessions participants get hands-on experience with support from mentors in a fun, low-pressure environment. Over the course of the 3 hours, players will receive a welcome deck, which they can keep, instructions on how to register on the Companion App and get guided advice from some of our seasoned players.
