- ths would be a way to use the welcome decks and build with them over the next couple of months you can bring new players down and they can get the welcome decks regardless or for pre established players you can play with 3 other friends buying 2 booster packs each time and get the welcome deck to ender you will need to pay £3 to tart the league and receive the deck with the purchase of 2 marvel boosters ontop at the end the players will score points and be given prizing TBC on the number of people who enter the decks you build should not be added to with cards out side of what you pull for the league
