- Participants must have a commander deck that is no more than $75 in value. Commanders and basic lands do not count towards the budget limit for a participant's deck. No one card in the 99 may exceed $10 (Commanders are not subject to a price limit). Alternatively, participants may use an unmodified preconstructed commander deck.
