- Whether you’re a longtime Commander player or just looking for a fun way to get into Magic, this league is designed to be welcoming, balanced, and affordable. How it works: • Start the league by purchasing one preconstructed Commander deck from our available selection (including recent releases). • That deck is your deck for the entire season. • Each week, you can purchase up to three booster packs from our selection of sets to upgrade your deck and watch it evolve throughout the league. League Format Each Thursday, players will play two Commander games to earn points toward the season standings. New to Commander? You’re in the right place. Since everyone begins with a preconstructed deck, the league stays approachable, competitive, and focused on improving your deck over time rather than showing up with the most expensive cards. If you’ve been looking for a consistent weekly Magic event with a great community, this is one of our favorites.
