- Standard Showdown has made its triumphant return! The new lease of life to the format has seen a renewed interest, so which deck are you going to build to try to defeat your opponents with? Our events will now be held weekly and the price and prize structure has changed! Want to try Standard but don't have a deck? Reach out to us directly and we can help you out! This event will have a capacity of 16 players, in the standard format and will be run using best of 3 SWISS rounds. Timings: Registration will begin from 6:15pm, with the first round to start at 6:30pm. There will be 3 rounds, rounds will be 50 minutes long, and will be best of 3. Players will receive 1x MTG booster pack, of a value of up to £5, for participation. Players are welcome to pay to upgrade to a pack of higher value. The top 3 players will get a non-foil promo pack, and 1st place overall will get a foil promo pack and a Standard Showdown promo card.
