Cut to top 4 below 16 players Seat order = Turn order On round time, active player finishes turn Draw after 20 mins past round time Top cut no round time. 5 Pts for win, 1 pt for draw, 0 for lost Proxy Cards are allowed SIgn up on Topdeck is mandatory, Decklist are mandatory, and Deck check can happen at any point during the event.
