- The Arkenstone has been claimed… but can you hold it long enough to win? Join us for Magic Presents: Heart of the Mountain, a casual Commander event where players battle for control of the legendary Heart of the Mountain. The first player to deal combat damage to another player becomes the first owner of the Arkenstone. From there, players can claim the Arkenstone emblem for themselves by dealing combat damage to its current owner. While a player controls the Arkenstone, they gain powerful bonuses—but they also become the biggest target at the table. During each of their upkeep phases, the player who controls the Arkenstone increases their ownership count by one. That count stays with them even if another player takes the Arkenstone. If a player’s ownership count reaches three, they win the game. Bring a Commander deck, gather your party, and prepare for a casual multiplayer Magic night full of shifting alliances, big swings, and one very tempting treasure.
