- Each player will receive a sealed prerelease kit containing 6 booster packs, a life counter, and a foil NOT-Promo card. They will build a minimum 40 card deck using just the cards in their kit, and provided basic lands. Prize payout is 1 pack per player, and 1 pack into the prize pool that pays out to the Top Players.
