- This is a fully sealed event; each player will receive a TMNT Pre-release kit and 2 packs, you will choose your tiny commander from your sealed packs. Teams will be determined at start of event. What is Tiny Limited Commander (TLC)? Tiny Limited Commander (or Magic TLC) is a homebrew format where players bring a small, pre-selected “core” and combine it with a freshly opened sealed pool to build a unique deck every event. What cards do I need to bring?
