Friday Night Magic Beginner Commander Night
Saturday, October 24, 20265:30 PM PDT
- Description
- New to Magic? Learning Commander? Returning after a long break? This night is for you. Join us every Friday for a relaxed, beginner-focused Commander night at Bear Necessities Games. We’ll help players learn the rules, understand their cards, and play through complete Commander games without the pressure of competitive play. Entry is free. To keep games approachable and reasonably balanced, this event uses unaltered official Commander preconstructed decks only. Bring a precon straight from the box with no card upgrades or substitutions. Don’t have a deck yet? A limited number of loaner decks may be available, and ready-to-play Commander decks are available for purchase. Experienced players are welcome when they are willing to play patiently, use an unmodified precon, explain interactions, and help newer players learn. Mistakes are expected. Questions are encouraged. Winning is not the main goal.
