- This event will be held at Competitive Rules Enforcement Level (REL). Swiss rounds will be 50 minutes with best-of-three matches. The number of Swiss rounds will be determined by attendance, followed by a cut to the Top 8 players in the Swiss standings. The Top 8 will be single elimination. Paper decklists are required. This is a Wizards-sanctioned event. All cards must be authentic Magic: The Gathering cards. Proxies are not permitted. The winner will receive an invitation to the Season 5 Round 2 Regional Championship. Additional prizes will be determined based on attendance.
