- MTG's newest set is nearly here! Play prerelease with us and get your hands on the new set before anyone else! Prerelease is happening Nov 6-8 and we will be hosting 5 events: - 11/6, 6:30pm (single player) - 11/7, 10:30am (single player) - 11/7, 4:30pm (2-headed giant) - 11/8, 10:30am (single player) - 11/8, 4:30pm (2-headed giant) Rounds: 3 Swiss rounds Prizes: 2 play boosters will go to into the prize pool for each participant and at the end of the event each player will receive a pack per round they win. All players who play through round 2 will receive a door prize! Door prize pool will include Play Boosters, MTG accessories, Gaming Guild items, & for every 32 players per event a Collector Booster is added to the prize pool! Players will receive a custom Gaming Guild token for participating. Two-Headed Giant format: Teams of 2 players each receive 2 prerelease packs containing 6 play booster packs each (12 total Packs) and share their card pool to create one 40 card minimum deck per team member.
