- Event Overview Players team up as Survivors against a single automated Horde deck. Everyone plays their own $100-limit spooky-themed deck. Survive the endless waves of monsters together! Your Deck Rules (Survivors) 60-card maindeck (15-card sideboard optional). $100 maximum total deck cost (TCGPlayer market price; basic lands free). Theme restriction: Every non-land card must support one or more of these tribes/themes: Rats • Zombies • Phyrexians • Horrors • Insects • Vampires • Werewolves • Fungus Creatures must be (or become) one of those types. Supporting spells, lords, reanimation, infect, etc. are fine. Judge has final say on theme legality. Game Setup 2–4 players per table (recommended). Shared life total = 20 life per player (3 players = 60 life). Players take turns simultaneously (like Two-Headed Giant). Separate hands, mana pools, and permanents. Survivors get 3 free setup turns before the Horde acts. No draw on the very first turn.
